We are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join a growing team delivering services across Olympic Dam, Roxby Downs, and surrounding areas. This opportunity is suited to a qualified and motivated tradesperson with refrigeration and restricted electrical credentials, available to commence immediately.
About the Role
Reporting to site supervisors, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems across industrial and remote environments. This is a Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) role with shared accommodation provided and an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, and fault-finding of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems

Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance activities
-
Diagnose issues and implement effective repair solutions
-
Maintain compliance with safety standards, procedures, and industry regulations

Communicate effectively with site teams and clients

Complete required documentation and reporting
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
-
Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
-
Full Refrigerant Handling Licence (endorsed RAC)
-
Restricted Electrical Licence
-
Current Driver’s Licence
-
Construction Industry White Card
-
Demonstrated experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning installation, maintenance, and repairs

Strong understanding of refrigeration processes

Working at Heights and High Risk EWP Licence(or willingness to obtain within the first 4 weeks)

Current LVR/CPR certification(or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Desirable:

Dual trade qualification (Refrigeration / Electrical)
