Mergent Group are group to partnering with a tier one contractor to deliver a non-processing infrastructure project at Olympic Dam Mine site.
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning, programming, and contracts, through to delivery and handover. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and work closely with senior management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

- Roster: Flexible options — choose from a 5/2 or 4/3 roster
- Location: FIFO from Adelaide
- Benefits: All flights, camp accommodation, and meals provided
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start: Immediate
About you:
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Strong knowledge of WHS, quality assurance, and risk management systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
