Mergent Group are seeking an experienced Site Manager to run projects across the Perth metropolitan area. This is a full-time position offering excellent perks and the opportunity to work with a growing business that has a strong pipeline of upcoming construction projects. You’ll be joining a company committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting its team every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of plumbing teams on medium to large commercial sites
- Coordinate and set out plumbing works on-site
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage queries
- Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures
- Conduct material take-offs, order supplies, and read/interpret plans
Experience:
- Proven experience supervising commercial plumbing teams
- Registered plumber with solid communication skills
- Sound understanding of AS3500 standards
